Newton billing & balance
How is Newton billed?
Newton LLM debits your account prepaid balance based on actual inference usage (input/output tokens). Rates differ by model and follow the live catalog.

What currency is the balance in?
US dollars (USD).
How do I top up?
- Sign in to the Mystilink Dashboard or open Newton top-up.
- Choose a whole-dollar amount (usually minimum $5) and complete online payment.
- After payment confirms, balance updates; refresh desktop and continue.
Desktop device licenses (activation codes) and Newton balance are separate: buying a lifetime license does not automatically include Newton credit.
What if balance is insufficient?
Inference may be refused (e.g. 402 or an in-app top-up prompt). Top up and retry. Usage that was successfully metered may still be charged.
Can I get a refund or withdraw?
Newton balance is not withdrawable to an arbitrary bank account.
- Purchased Credit (topped up with money) that remains unused may be refunded to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.
- Promotional Credit (bonus, gift, redeem, campaign) has no cash value and is not refundable.
- Usage consumes promotional credit first, then purchased credit.
- Credit already spent on inference cannot be refunded.

Does balance expire?
There is no fixed expiry date unless Mystilink notifies you otherwise. Terms and product notices control.
