Troubleshooting

Installer download fails

  1. Use Download Mystilink
  2. Try another browser or disable ad blockers
  3. Contact support with OS and version

Invalid activation code

  • Copy the full key from Dashboard (no extra spaces)
  • Revoked keys cannot be restored
  • Reset device on Dashboard if already bound
  1. Open the Dashboard and confirm you are signed in with the same account used at checkout.
  2. Wait a moment, refresh the page, and check the activation key list.
  3. If keys still do not appear, contact support with your purchase email and approximate time.

Login / email codes

  • Check spelling and spam folder
  • If no code arrives after several minutes, retry or contact support
  • For OAuth failures, try email login or confirm third-party linking in account settings
