Installer download fails
- Use Download Mystilink
- Try another browser or disable ad blockers
- Contact support with OS and version
Invalid activation code
- Copy the full key from Dashboard (no extra spaces)
- Revoked keys cannot be restored
- Reset device on Dashboard if already bound
Paid but no keys
- Open the Dashboard and confirm you are signed in with the same account used at checkout.
- Wait a moment, refresh the page, and check the activation key list.
- If keys still do not appear, contact support with your purchase email and approximate time.
Login / email codes
- Check spelling and spam folder
- If no code arrives after several minutes, retry or contact support
- For OAuth failures, try email login or confirm third-party linking in account settings
